How Soon Do You Ship/Deliver?
All orders are processed within two business days. If you are ordering for your office in the SF Bay Area, one of our J&J team members will deliver your product within two business days. If you are ordering outside of SF, USPS will pick up your package wihin two business days.
Do You Allow Returns?
Typically, no. We do make exceptions if the product was damaged.
What Happens If You are Out of Stock?
We will do everything we can to make sure you received your full order. However, if we are out of stock of a requested item we will:
1. Attempt to contact you and offer a substitution. If you like the suggested substitution, we will send that item in place of the original requested item.
2. If you do not like the suggested substitute, we will refund the product we are out of.
